Are you looking to get a cannabis mortgage loan in Missouri?
I can help.

As a W2 employee of a marijuana dispensary in Missouri, you can get approved for a Conventional or Non–QM mortgage loan. Unfortunately, VA and FHA mortgages are not available for dispensary workers.
Unfortunately, if you are a marijuana dispensary owner or grower in Missouri, your options are much more limited. You cannot get any sort of traditional mortgage financing like Conventional, FHA, or VA. You can, however, get approved for a Non-QM mortgage loan. These loans include Bank Statement Mortgage loans, P and L Mortgage loans, and No Doc Mortgage loans.
