Do you only offer VA loans?

I am a full service mortgage broker. Although VA is the majority of what I do, I also have other mortgages like FHA, Conventional, USDA and Non QM.

Do you only service the Dayton and Cincinnati markets?

Dayton and Cincinnati are the majority of my business. However, I'm authorized to offer mortgage loans in 40 states. For loans outside of these areas, I can refer them to friends in the business.

Need a guest speaker for a live event or a podcast guest?

I am a 12-year member of Toastmasters and have completed the Distinguished Toastmasters award. I have also completed the Amplifii speaker bootcamp and am a two time graduate of the Speaking to Profit bootcamp.

I am also the former host of the Dayton Pulse networking events and podcast. Addtionally, I was a trainer for Constant Contact and spoke at several events on their behalf.
