Thank you for your filling out the qualification quiz. Based on your answers, it appears that you may need to do some work first before qualifying for a home loan.

I typically work with borrowers who have a credit score of 580 or higher.

If your credit score is 550-579, we can do the FHA 10% down program. However, keep in mind that you will need a lot of savings in your account to be able to take advantage of this. Typically, the few borrowers I find that go this route are selling their current home before closing.

If your credit score is below 550, that is in the subprime range. We will need a HUGE down payment and much HIGHER interest rate to make that work. Typically I do not recommend this plan.

For most borrowers who have a credit score below 580, the best solution is to fix your credit.
